All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly volatile nature of the collectibles market and the verified authenticity of our inventory, Mithril Slabs enforces a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy. Once an order is placed and payment is captured, the sale is considered absolute.
Authenticity & Condition
Every asset in our gallery is professionally authenticated, graded, and encapsulated by industry-leading institutions (e.g., PSA). Because the condition and authenticity of the card are securely locked and guaranteed by the grading company itself, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, market fluctuations, or disagreements with an assigned grade.
Transit Damages & The Unboxing Protocol
Outbound shipments from our Florida vault are packaged with maximum security and fully insured. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
Due to the high-value nature of our vaulted assets, we strictly require an unedited, continuous unboxing video to process any transit damage or missing item claims.
To initiate a damage review:

You must contact us at daniel@mithrilslabs.com within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp.

You must provide a continuous, unedited video that clearly shows the unbroken shipping seal being cut, the removal of the asset, and the condition of the slab in a single, uninterrupted take.

Claims submitted with only photographs will be automatically denied.

You must retain all original shipping boxes and protective packaging until the claim is resolved.
If the damage is verified as a transit failure via your unboxing video, we will open an insurance claim with the carrier and work with you directly to resolve the issue.
Fraud Prevention: All PSA/BGS certification numbers are strictly recorded prior to dispatch. Any fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or attempts to return substituted assets will result in the certification numbers being immediately reported as stolen to the grading authorities and local law enforcement.
Domestic Shipping Only
Mithril Slabs currently operates exclusively within the United States. We do not fulfill international shipments. Consequently, international consumer protection laws and extended cooling-off periods (such as the EU 14-day directive) do not apply to our transactions.
Administrative Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order prior to shipment if an asset is found to be subject to a sudden inventory discrepancy, a pricing error, or if a transaction is flagged by our automated fraud-prevention systems. If your order is cancelled by our administration, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
