Order Processing & Handling Time
Given the high-value nature of our inventory, every asset undergoes a final rigorous security verification, cataloging, and secure-packaging process before leaving our Florida vault.

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily fulfillment cut-off is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Domestic Transit Times & Carriers
Mithril Slabs operates exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally. To ensure the absolute safety of your acquired assets, we utilize premium, fully insured carrier services (such as USPS Registered Mail, UPS Next Day Air, or FedEx Priority, depending on the asset's total value).

  • Standard Vault Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days.

  • Signature Requirement: Due to the value of the assets, all shipments require a direct adult signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended on porches or at unsecured drop-off locations. If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier will hold the package at their local secure facility for pickup.

P.O. Boxes & Freight Forwarders For security and insurance purposes, Mithril Slabs does not ship to P.O. Boxes or third-party freight forwarding addresses. All orders must be shipped to a verified residential or commercial address matching the payment method's billing details.
